We are sculpting and building strength in the upper body with today’s arm toning workout! Targeting the biceps, triceps and shoulders with a series of weighted exercises plus we will get in those quick cardio bursts to keep that heart rate up. Completing each upper body exercise 4 times before moving on to the next will really help lean out and sculpt those arms. Oww Owww. Let’s do it!

Breakdown: 10 reps x 4 straights sets
Equipment Needed: dumbbells, stability ball + exercise mat or other soft surface.

Ball size should be chosen based off of your height. I highly recommend using the ball as it provides additional core and stability work but you can always use a bench, ottoman or perform many of the same exercises on the floor.
